Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress as a key Project Manager at Lambert's Cable. You will assist field teams, maintain job progress, document projects, and communicate with customers and field supervisors.

• Assist field teams with resolving job‑related issues
• Develop, maintain and update job progress
• Document projects and upload them into our system
• Communicate with customers regarding job specifications, changes, and deadlines
• Contact field supervisors and managers as needed
• Attend weekly conference calls to review project status
• Create reports for all jobs in our system and track start and end times of job orders
• Monitor performance and help resolve delays and issues
• Identify ways to streamline workflows and gain efficiencies

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• At least 2 years of project‑management experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience/knowledge of telecommunications engineering and construction
• Solid understanding of Google tools
• Strong data and analytical skills
• Detailed reporting skills
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
