• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field; OR 2+ years' experience in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of banking regulations (State and Federal)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail oriented
• Prior banking or regulatory experience preferred
• Familiarity with required BSA documentation and regulatory compliance

• Understands and adheres to workplace policies, code of conduct, privacy, and information security guidelines
• Follows all applicable security procedures and regulatory requirements (Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act)
• Acts within authorized limits and role-specific policies and procedures
