Job Overview

Join us as a Counselor - Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) at Rocky Mount Treatment Center, a private outpatient clinic providing methadone and buprenorphine maintenance for individuals with opioid addiction. The center offers a therapeutic environment, with certified counselors, licensed nurses, and a physician on staff.

Hours of Operation

Monday‑Friday: 5:30 am – 1:00 pm (weekends as needed).

Responsibilities and Duties

Assessments
Individual therapy
Group therapy
Case management
Intakes
Drug education
Referral to community services
Co‑ordination of care
Family counseling and education
Documentation of therapy sessions / chart filing

Qualifications and Skills

CADC‑I or CADC license required
Registered with North Carolina Substance Abuse Practice Board, in good standing
Experience in substance abuse field highly desired
