Pyramid Healthcare of Williamston NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their amazing team!

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000/year (depending on experience)

Schedule: 40 Hours 8 Hour Shifts Monday - Friday

* ACTT Rocky Mount is moving to Williamston NC in September of this year. Candidates must be able to commute to Williamston NC for this position
* Our Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACTT) offer a unique "hospital without walls" program designed to deliver high-intensity behavioral health services directly within the community. This initiative aims to serve individuals who may face barriers in accessing the essential care they require.

ACTT is composed of a comprehensive team of professionals from various disciplines, ensuring that we provide customized services tailored to meet each client’s mental health, substance use, vocational, and housing needs. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based treatment methods, thorough service planning, and diligent tracking of outcome measures.

We collaborate with a range of local and state agencies that conduct compliance and outcome studies for our clinical services. This partnership is crucial for our ongoing commitment to enhancing outcomes for individuals with severe mental illness, particularly those at the highest risk of psychiatric crises or impacted by other social determinants of health.

Job Description /Expectations

• Coordinate consumer needs with healthcare providers
• Monitor medication compliance and administer IM injections per prescription
• Manage pharmaceutical inventories, supplies, and medication refills
• Maintain doctor schedules and record vitals for clients during appointments
• Complete AIMS assessments at admission and every six months
• Provide medication education to staff and clients as needed
• Transport clients to access community resources
• Travel to see clients in the community and provide necessary assistance
• Participate in emergency services/on-call duty on rotation, which may include commitment procedures, after-hour assessments, crisis planning, and hospital diversion
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Licensure/Education: RN license for North Carolina is required.
