Adecco is pleased to be working on behalf of our international manufacturing client to identify a strong Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at one of their key facilities. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a focus on people, process, and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll lead the HR function onsite and serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership. This includes owning the full employee lifecycle — hiring, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, engagement, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide managers through employee relations issues and ensure consistent application of company policies
• Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts to build a strong, stable workforce
• Support training initiatives and help leaders develop their teams
• Oversee benefits, leave management, and workplace accommodations
• Handle investigations, corrective action, and disciplinary matters professionally and discreetly
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and workplace safety standards
• Promote employee morale through thoughtful engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Strong judgment and communication skills across all levels of the business
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (Oracle is a plus)
• HR designation or certification is a bonus
