About the Role

We are looking for an Ignition Lead Developer with deep expertise in Ignition SCADA (Perspective & Vision) and Sepasoft MES to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing execution systems. You will lead integrations between shop-floor systems (SCADA, PLCs) and enterprise software (ERP, PLM), driving efficiency and real-time data visibility in industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Develop Design scalable Ignition SCADA (Perspective/Vision) and Sepasoft MES solutions.
System Integration Connect MES with ERP (SAP/Oracle), PLM, and third-party manufacturing systems.
Project Leadership Manage timelines, deliverables, and collaborate with engineering/operations teams.
Technical Support Troubleshoot and optimize Ignition/MES performance.
Documentation & Training Create technical specs, user manuals, and mentor junior developers.
Continuous Improvement Implement best practices for SCADA/MES workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 5+ years in Ignition SCADA (Perspective & Vision modules).
• Hands-on experience with Sepasoft MES (Workflow, OEE, SPC, etc.).
• Strong Python & SQL scripting for Ignition customization.
• Experience integrating MES with ERP (SAP/Oracle), PLM, databases (SQL/Postgre
  
  SQL).
• Knowledge of industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in manufacturing/automotive/pharma industries.
• Certifications in Ignition Core/Perspective or Sepasoft MES.
