** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform welding and fabrication tasks to maintain and repair plant equipment
* Inspect welds and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
* Operate welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow precise specifications
* Skilled in various welding techniques and use of related tools
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
* Capability to work independently and as part of a team
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $27.04 to $32.45 per hour
