What You'll Be Doing- Perform welding and fabrication tasks to maintain and repair plant equipment
- Inspect welds and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Operate welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow precise specifications
- Skilled in various welding techniques and use of related tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $27.04 to $32.45 per hour
