Every day brings something different — but it always starts with purpose. You begin your shift by checking in with the Administration team to review the
loading schedule
and plan your day. With your pull sheet in hand, you prepare shipments for loading, ensuring the
right products, quantities, and dates
are ready to go. You inspect each trailer before loading — clean, odor-free, and at the correct temperature — then load efficiently. Once complete, you seal the trailer, verify the paperwork, and take pride in knowing every load leaves our facility safely and accurately.

Next, you move to the
freezer area
, where precision and organization are key. You scan and store pallets from production, keeping the area tidy and efficient. You drop bulk or partial pallets for production as needed, manage ice buildup, and help optimize rack space. You may also pull samples for Sales or QA, assist with special projects like product disposal, or participate in physical and cycle counts.

Throughout the day, you’ll also support
dry storage and packaging operations
— inspecting inbound shipments, verifying product accuracy, labeling and storing materials, and unloading raw materials and packaging. You’ll keep return pallets organized, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and ensure all packaging is ready to support production. Every task helps keep operations running smoothly and safely while upholding
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)and
BRC standards

• A strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and teamwork

• Experience operating high-reach and freezer forklifts
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Access, Office)
• Flexibility to assist in multiple warehouse areas as needed
