Ossid is searching for a talented Assembly Technician I to join our team. You are responsible for completing mechanical assemblies to engineering specifications and quality standards. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble various mechanical components using hand and power tools as needed.
  • Verifies all parts are assembled to specification with high attention to detail.
  • Completes projects within the designated timeframe.
  • Strictly follows all job safety and housekeeping requirements/procedures.
  • Regular attendance and daily punctuality are necessary for performing the job.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings.
  • Sufficient physical strength to lift various materials weighing 50 pounds.
  • Use of hand trucks and fork lift.
  • Good organizational skills.
