Golden Corral of Johnson City is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

• The Cook is responsible for the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of all Hot Choice Buffet products. The Cook pays special attention to speed, cleanliness, organization, and product specifications.
• Maintains the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding and serving.
• Cooks fried chicken, seafood and other items in a deep fryer.
• Ensures freshness and product rotation on the buffet.
• Filters fry oil as needed to ensure quality.
• Cooks other items as needed using a flat grill, stove, oven and pizza oven.
• Cleans work area and assists the rest of the kitchen team as needed.
• Must enjoy a fast-pace.

• Previous restaurant experience as a Cook preferred but not required.
