Fry Cook

Responsibilities

• Cooks fried chicken, seafood and other items in a deep fryer.
• Ensures freshness and product rotation on the buffet.
• Filters fry oil as needed to ensure quality.
• Cooks other items as needed using a flat grill, stove, oven and pizza oven.
• Cleans work area and assists the rest of the kitchen team as needed.
• Must enjoy a fast‑paced environment.

Previous restaurant experience as a Cook preferred but not required.
