Part-Time Sales Associate; Rocky Mount, NC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing self-storage units, collecting rent and maintaining the facility.

Leasing self-storage units involves keeping the office open during the posted hours and answering the phone.

Collecting rent from tenants involves accurately processing payments in the leasing office & over the phone.

Maintaining the storage facility involves keeping the leasing office clean & neat as well as maintaining all vacant self-storage units in rent‑ready condition.

This is a fun, sales focused job with a wide variety of office & onsite duties working directly with the public.

• Part Time Position
• Up to 29 hours per week
• Weekend, weekday & holidays availability necessary!
• Competitive hourly rate plus $15.00 per lease monthly bonus!

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum age of 21 years’ old
• Must own Reliable Transportation
• Must have a Valid and maintain State Driver’s License
• Background & Driving Record Check, Pre‑Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required

The location will be at our Ample Storage facility located at 4025 Sunset Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804
