Job Description Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Full Service CR to join our team.

Full Service CR

Role Overview The Full Service Customer Representative is responsible for filling products in our full service vending machines, maintaining good customer service, and ensuring up-to-date products are supplied to customers. This position is also responsible for maintaining a neat and clean area around the machines, collecting monies, and reconciling the route at close of each day.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Rotate, merchandise, and stock products across assigned retail accounts, including gondolas, racks, coolers, and secondary displays.

Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers through effective, one-on-one selling.

Ensure shelves, coolers, displays, and backroom areas are consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Manage product inventory and place accurate orders to maintain in-stock conditions and minimize out-of-stocks.

Execute all customer development agreement (CDA) elements and promotional programs as directed.

Collaborate and communicate regularly with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to align on account needs and priorities.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED.License required depends on vehicle class operated- CDL-A (combination vehicle over 26,000lbs), CDL-B (over 26,000 lbs) or regular license (under 26,000 lbs). (Must be able to obtain a CDL permit by the 15th business day and 45 business days from their date of hire in which to obtain the license, if CDL is not currently held.)Must

be able to pass a DOT physical prior to first day of employment.

Must provide current DOT medical card, if valid.

One (1) year route sales driving experience preferred.
