• Troubleshooting: identify and diagnose electro‑mechanical problems, and perform installations and repairs as needed.
• Customer Interaction: interact directly with customers to understand concerns, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction.

• Repair Work: execute repairs efficiently and promptly.
• Scheduled Maintenance: perform maintenance tasks on equipment for contracted customers according to company policies and proactively address identified repairs.

• Van Maintenance: keep the service van properly maintained and stocked.
• Safety Compliance: adhere to customer safety and housekeeping guidelines when working at customer sites.
• Support Duties: perform any other duties required to support the company's overall operations.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of related experience in maintenance, repair, or installation preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and electronic systems, including reading schematics and technical manuals.

• Interpersonal skills: communicate effectively and simplify technical concepts for non‑technical customers.
• Problem‑solving: analyze issues promptly, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Attention to detail: ensure accuracy in work completion.

This position is classified as heavy work involving machinery, power tools, motor vehicles, and heavy equipment. Tasks may require walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lb, with occasional handling of up to 100 lb. Manual dexterity, close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to read documents and schematics are required. The role operates in diverse customer environments—manufacturing, distribution, cold storage, and outdoor settings—with exposure to oil, grease, dirt, extreme temperatures, vibration, chemicals, and electric shock.

Noise levels typically range from moderate to high. Daily travel to customer sites is required; overnight travel may be needed to accommodate projects or training. Work hours may change to meet customer needs, including overtime, shift work, on‑call duty, weekends, and holidays.
