We are seeking a Service Technician for our Rocky Mount store.

• Perform diagnostic and repair work on agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products
• Disassemble, assemble, and repair components and machines
• Complete service tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
• Prepare work documentation and reports
• Report additional work needs to the Service Manager
• Participate in training programs
• Account for all time and materials used
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report issues with tools, equipment, or vehicles
• Follow safety rules and regulations

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of service repair experience
• Ability to diagnose and document work
• Proficient with engines, transmissions, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Computer skills and diagnostic equipment knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and safety rules
• Basic repair skills following technical procedures
• Effective communication with customers
• Valid driver’s license; forklift operation skills are a plus
• Own set of tools

• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Mobility: squatting, bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, standing, sitting
• Visual work with PC and detailed tasks
• Occasional driving
• Dexterity for handling tools and equipment
• Work environment noise level: medium to high
