Appliance Repair Technician

You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities Diagnose issues with appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.

Perform repairs and maintenance on various household appliances.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs needed and costs involved.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Manage inventory of tools and replacement parts effectively.

Assist in training junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.

Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and perform manual tasks.

Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in appliance repair.

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
