** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screens, and other aggregate processing equipment.
* Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maximize equipment uptime and plant performance.
* Complete preventive maintenance tasks to improve reliability and reduce unexpected downtime.
* Support safe and efficient quarry and plant operations through timely equipment maintenance.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all company safety procedures.##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, technical diagrams, and maintenance documentation.
* Knowledge of maintenance tools, welding, cutting, or fabrication techniques applicable to plant equipment.
* Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and operational excellence.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support production goals.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
** What We Offer*** $22.99 to $30.28 per hour
