Child Wise ABA is seeking a talented and compassionate Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our expanding team in Rocky River, Ohio
. We are growing quickly and looking for a Speech Therapist (SLP) who is passionate about helping children improve communication skills and reach meaningful milestones.

$50.00/hr - $65.00/hr

As a Speech Therapist (SLP) at Child Wise ABA, you will:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children with autism and developmental delays
• Complete evaluations, create treatment plans, and document according to state and insurance standards
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other clinicians
• Participate in team meetings to support coordinated care
• Offer parent training and communicate progress regularly

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Ohio Speech Therapist (SLP) license (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC‑SLP preferred
• Pediatric or autism experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
