Part‑Time (19 Hours Per Week)

• Week 1:
  Monday & Tuesday
• Week 2:
  Friday & Saturday

We are hiring a part‑time Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic treatment team in Cleveland. As an NP, you will provide exceptional patient care, delivering laser hair removal treatments according to established medical protocols.

• No overnights
• Closed on 7 major holidays

• 2 weeks paid training
• Certified on Milan’s state‑of‑the‑art laser

• Provide laser hair removal treatments, including all patient education and documentation, in compliance with HIPAA and medical protocols.
• Drive sales by encouraging reviews and upselling additional treatment areas per Milan’s best practices.
• Perform operational duties such as cleaning and minor maintenance of the laser, scheduling appointments, managing client records, answering calls, and handling financial transactions.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.

• Current NP license in good standing and active national certification as a FNP‑C or FNP‑BC.
• For specific states (Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, Washington): valid NP license and either a FNP‑C/FNP‑BC or an AGPCNP‑BC/AGNP‑C certification.
• Phenomenal customer‑service skills and passion for patient care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Passion for the aesthetics industry.
• Completion of provider training within 90 days of hire or transfer, with the ability to train new providers.
