JOB SUMMARY ANDESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Front Desk Attendant/Receptionist monitors the entrance of the pool facility, greets patrons, makes announcements over the public address system, answers questions, accepts fees and answers incoming telephone calls. Front Desk Attendant must be familiar with all RPAC programming offerings and assist patrons with program registrations and pass sales.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:- Ability to respond to patron inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ability to operate RPAC point of sale system and troubleshoot basic account inquiries.
- Ability to handle cash and provide correct change.
- Ability and willingness to educate patrons on all pool rules and regulations.
- Ability to clean and stock restrooms.
- The applicant must pass a background check and drug test.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
Physical Requirements: Tasks involve frequent walking, standing; some lifting and carrying objects of moderate weight (25-50 lbs.); and the operation of vehicles, office equipment and hand tools in which manipulative skills and hand-eye coordination are important ingredients of safe and/or productive operations.
Environmental Requirements: Tasks may require frequent exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as inclement weather, heat, and extreme cold.
Sensory Requirements: Tasks require visual perception and discrimination. Task requires oral communications ability.
