MET ggz zoekt in Echt een Algemeen Verpleegkundige voor FACT (APV) met aandacht voor activering en herstel. De functie biedt 24–36 uur per week en richt zich op zorgverlening aan cliënten van 18–65 jaar met diverse complexe problematieken.
Je vertaalt behandelplannen naar concrete acties, signaleert psychopathologie, voert verpleegkundig onderzoek uit en werkt deels thuis en deels in groepsverband volgens het behandelplan. Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar SPV bestaan.
