Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.

Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.

Prove Brand and product knowledge.

Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a punctual and accurate manner.

Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.

Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.

Dedication and resilience to finding solutions and timely movement of merchandise.

Meet the product needs of the store to maximize product distribution, sales effectiveness and maintain a clean working environment.

Play an active role on making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly owning all stock activities: inventory, organization, control, audits etc.

Proactively execute shipping and receiving process, partnering with management to resolve any issues and taking necessary steps to resolve.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in sales roles

Passionate in Retail

Strong communication skills

Digitally aware and open to new ways of working

Excellent organizational skills, inventory/stock management

Compensation
Gross Hourly rate: 14,99 eur
