Role Overview
Sells is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide direct, strategic support to the CEO and assist with corporate development and M&A activity. This role is designed for an experienced Executive Assistant who has previously supported a C‑suite executive in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment and who operates as a true force multiplier.
The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as an extension of the CEO—owning priority management, information flow, and execution across firm initiatives and live transactions. This role requires strong business judgment and the ability to understand context beyond task execution, exceptional organizational discipline, proactive anticipation of needs, and comfort operating in confidential, time‑sensitive, and deal‑driven environments.
You will regularly interact with senior executives, business owners, investors, legal and financial advisors, and transaction counter parties. The ideal candidate brings polish, discretion, and the ability to manage complexity while maintaining momentum across multiple work streams.
