Office Administration & Executive Assistant

Rogers Capital is looking for an Administration & Executive Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while providing high-level administrative and personal assistance to senior management. This role combines operational coordination, communication, and executive support to improve efficiency and organization within the office.

Key Responsibilities 1. Office Management
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
  • Oversee and manage the Messenger/Drivers team, including planning and coordination of daily activities
  • Oversee repossession activities for leased vehicles.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Handle facility management, maintenance, and housekeeping coordination
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, schedules, and office events
2. Personal Assistant Duties
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting agendas
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders
3. Administrative & Coordination Support
  • Maintain files, records, and documentation (digital and physical)
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and bill processing
  • Coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors as required
  • Support special projects and ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management
  • Minimum HSC holder
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
