The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing project and bid strategies by analyzing project proposals and historical cost data.

• Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy
• Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
• Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimate
• Gather, update, and review cost data

• Residential or commercial construction estimating experience on all projects in any aspect of the build
• 3 years estimating experience or relevant field experience
• Experience with estimation for wood framing
• Experience in ERP systems
• Estimating software experience
• Ability to work with a team as well as individually
