• Perform comprehensive periodontal examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
• Diagnose and treat periodontal disease through surgical and nonsurgical procedures
• Perform periodontal surgeries, including soft tissue grafting, bone grafting, and regenerative procedures
• Evaluate patients for dental implant placement and perform implant-related surgical procedures as appropriate
• Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients on periodontal health, treatment options, and preventative care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and follow-ups
• Uphold high clinical standards while fostering a positive patient experience

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited periodontal residency program
• MSD or Certificate in Periodontics
• Active Arkansas dental license in good standing or eligibility for licensure
• No history of disciplinary actions against dental licensure
• Strong knowledge of periodontal disease, surgical techniques, and implant dentistry

• Experience performing advanced periodontal and implant procedures
• Familiarity with digital imaging and diagnostic technology, including CBCT
• Background working in a multidisciplinary or high-volume dental practice
• Commitment to continuing education and advancements in periodontal treatment
• Strong communication, patient education, and team collaboration skills
