Mercy Northwest Arkansas is seeking a full‑time, board certified or board eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgery practice in Rogers, AR. Cardiothoracic Surgery Team & Resources- 2 full‑time surgeons and dedicated hospital‑based and clinic‑based APPs.
- Dedicated CVOR team with 2 CVOR rooms and 1 hybrid OR equipped with robotics.
- Strong partnership with high‑quality cardiology and hospitalist services.
- Teaching opportunities with the Alice Walton School of Medicine.
