Position: Physician - Trauma/Critical Care Medical Director with Mercy in Rogers, AR

Mercy trauma/acute care surgery is currently seeking a full-time, board certified/board eligible Trauma Critical Care Surgeon to serve as Trauma Medical Director in Rogers, AR. Mercy NWA General Surgery:

  • Growing level 3 certified trauma center with an average of 70,000 annual ER visits per year
  • Physicians with critical care fellowship training preferred
  • Continuity clinic for follow‑up and post‑op trauma/ACS patients
  • New hospital tower with ten OR suites plus three additional being completed
  • Outstanding referral base from three critical access hospitals in the region and two free‑standing emergency rooms
  • System‑wide EPIC EMR – DAX for clinical documentation
