• Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across all disciplines
• Communicate with project managers to determine model setup and project scope requirements
• Attend project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM kickoff meetings
• Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and archival processes
• Run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in BIM coordination

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, with 3 years preferred
• Strong knowledge of Revit and experience in project setup and model management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred

• Experience troubleshooting Revit/design software issues
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in technical plans and models
• High level of professionalism and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues and clients
