• Lead and coordinate all phases of capital projects, from initial concept development to successful implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Design, analyze, and refine equipment layouts to maximize production efficiency, safety, and workflow.
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction and process improvements, implementing best practices to enhance operational performance.
• Oversee and track engineering initiatives, managing project timelines, resource allocation, and documentation to ensure seamless execution.
• Evaluate packaging solutions to meet operational, safety, and product quality standards, providing recommendations aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams—including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Leadership—to support project success and operational excellence.
• Provide expert technical support, documentation, and training related to process changes and new equipment installations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Processing, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Required).
• 2–5 years of experience in processing, manufacturing, or a similar engineering environment (Preferred).

• Proficiency with CAD design software for equipment layout and process visualization.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including Gantt chart development and data analysis, and overall proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating across diverse teams.

Compensation: $88,000.00 – $90,000.00 Annually
