EY is seeking an experienced Finance and FP&A Manager to join our Business Consulting – Finance practice across the globe.

OpportunityAs a senior member of the EPM practice, you’ll lead complex FP&A transformation projects, design scalable financial planning frameworks, and build enduring client relationships. This role is a high‑growth area with ample career advancement.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects, ensuring quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.
- Lead work streams, provide direction to lower‑rank staff, and maintain project timelines.
- Develop innovative solutions to solve complex financial problems and recommend process improvements.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
- Ensure a focus on quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement.
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and business partnering.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex transformation projects on time and on budget.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link finance processes to strategic outcomes.
- Proven success building lasting client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in financial planning and analytics best practices.
- Leadership experience; ability to guide cross‑functional teams.

- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business). - Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Expertise in strategic planning, long‑range planning, AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes.
- Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, management reporting, and business performance analysis.
- Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles.
- Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions.
- Track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision‑making processes.
- Robust analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience with EPM platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, One Stream, Tagetik) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Industry experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance roles in operating companies.
- Consulting experience in advisory, implementation, or transformation within finance functions.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
- Experience across multiple industries (manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, financial services).
- Familiarity with data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with C‑suite executives and finance teams.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong executive presence.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
