- Manager role. EY is seeking experienced seasonal tax professionals to support our Private Client Services (PCS) practice within Financial Services Organization (FSO). This is a remote role within the United States with hourly, on-season pay.

Seasonal Tax Manager – FSO-PCS. PCS serves privately held companies and their owners and families, ranging from family-owned businesses to private equity-owned companies. You will work on technically demanding tax planning and compliance projects, supporting a growing global team.

• Work remotely within the United States on private client tax matters during the tax season.

• Contribute to high-quality tax planning and compliance for complex individual returns and related work for Private Tax clients.

• Review complex individual tax returns for Private Tax clients.
• Collaborate with a virtual team, including offshore shared services when applicable.
• Provide guidance on tax compliance and planning within a seasonal, high-volume environment.

• Valid US CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) or active state bar membership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tax compliance for private client individuals in financial services.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Proven record of excellence in tax accounting for financial statements with a top or mid-tier firm.
