Compliance & Audit Field Examiner
Summary
The Compliance & Audit Field Examiner conducts on-site audits at our dealerships, supports compliance program responsibilities, and delivers training initiatives to strengthen processes and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Conduct on-site field audits at Company dealerships
Lead audit closing interviews with dealership management
Complete audit reports and share findings with dealership leadership and department leadership
Identify and document store-level deficiencies
, risks, and gaps
Deliver on-site dealership training as assigned by the Senior Compliance & Audit Manager
Support compliance and audit initiatives, projects, and special assignments
Assist department leadership with investigations and follow-up on identified issues
Help escalate and track discrepancies found through remote audits and on-site training
Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking ForAbility to work independently, travel to dealership locations, and communicate clearly with leaders in the field
Strong attention to detail with the ability to document findings accurately and professionally
Confidence conducting interviews, providing feedback, and supporting corrective action follow-up
Commitment to daily attendance and timely completion of responsibilities
Demonstrated alignment with company mission, vision, values, and standards of ethics
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university OR 1–2 years of related experience/training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNone
This role requires regular on-site visits to dealerships (field-based) and consistent daily attendance.
