Your Role:

As a CNA at our facility, you'll play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Providing medication reminders and assisting with medication administration under the supervision of a nurse

- Monitoring residents' health status and reporting any changes to the nursing staff

- Ensuring residents' safety and comfort at all times

- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing companionship

- Maintaining a clean and organized living environment for residents

Qualifications:

- Current CNA certification in Arkansas

- CPR and First Aid certification

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred but not required
