The practice currently specializes in eating disorders, weight-inclusive MNT, Intuitive Eating, pre/post bariatric nutrition, gastrointestinal nutrition, and family nutrition.

The team member would primarily be responsible for individual nutrition counseling (both in person and virtual), including documentation and collaboration with other healthcare providers.

This position requires a strong foundation in dietetics, physiology, and patient assessment—along with excellent counseling skills—to ensure individuals receive personalized, compassionate, and effective nutrition guidance tailored to their unique needs.

Why Join The Tasty Balance

Flexible schedule & autonomy – We value work–life balance. Our dietitians set their own schedules, offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and have the flexibility to practice in a way that aligns with their life and passions.

Competitive compensation & stability – We offer strong session rates and a supportive structure so your income grows as your caseload builds. Our team is scaling across Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois, and Arkansas giving you opportunities to grow with us.

Professional growth & specialization – Whether your passion is GI health, eating disorders, sports nutrition, or corporate wellness, we encourage our dietitians to develop their specialties. We provide mentorship, supervision calls, shared resources, and CEU support to help you thrive as a clinician.

Collaborative & inclusive culture – We’re committed to kindness, inclusivity, and size diversity. You won’t feel isolated here — you’ll be part of a team that learns, shares, and celebrates together, from annual retreats to mastermind groups.

Focus on patients, not paperwork – Our admin team supports you with insurance credentialing, benefits checks, billing, scheduling, and customer service. That means you spend your energy where it matters most: helping clients transform their health and relationship with food.

Smooth onboarding – We get new RDs up and running quickly with hands‑on training in our EMR, charting templates, and client resources. You’ll also shadow experienced dietitians so you feel confident from day one.
