Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification mandatory
- Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program as per the National Board of Surgical Technology
- Open to new graduates and experienced technologists
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to perform job functions safely, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Maintain accountability for surgical instruments
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth patient care
- Uphold standards aligned with organizational mission, values, and service standards
