Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect

Oracle Solutions Architect drives the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions, with a focus on maximizing the platform’s full capabilities, including automation and AI-driven features. This role ensures alignment with business objectives by optimizing processes across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM modules, emphasizing intelligent automation and data-driven decision‑making. By leading strategic initiatives, this position enhances operational efficiency and fosters innovation across the Oracle ecosystem.

Position Responsibilities

This is a salary exempt position.

• Designs and implements Oracle Cloud solutions, mapping business requirements to functional configurations across modules like ERP and SCM, ensuring seamless process integration.
• Leverages Oracle’s automation and AI capabilities, such as predictive analytics, generative AI, and AI agents, to streamline workflows, enhance decision‑making, and reduce manual tasks.
• Leads project execution, coordinates with cross‑functional teams, and conducts testing to ensure robust system performance and alignment with strategic goals.
• Mentors team members on Oracle best practices and emerging AI tools, while monitoring system metrics to recommend optimizations for scalability and efficiency.

Team Participation

Participates in the ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings. As a member of the Team, fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues, e.g., direction, annual plan, budget, policy changes, etc. Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the team leader and working with the team in a supportive manner to resolve issues and actively look for ways, and reinforce actions needed, to achieve synergy possible within the larger organization.

Operating

System Principles

Is familiar with Simmons’ established operating systems (e.g. quality, security, office environment, company policies, LEAN); understands the responsibility to maintain familiarity with the systems and this position’s role in support of these systems - including a consideration of the impact of individual actions on the systems and the responsibility to communicate concerns and improvement ideas.

Physical Activities

Occasional travel for client meetings, Oracle conferences, or implementation sites, up to 20% of the time.

Technical Experience

7+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, proficiency in modules like ERP and SCM, and expertise in leveraging Oracle’s automation and AI tools, including Oracle AI agents and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Industry Experience

Background in ERP consulting, manufacturing, or technology sectors with a focus on Oracle Cloud solutions.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or 4 years related experience.

Preferred Education

Master’s degree in Business or IT;
Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP or SCM.
