America’s Car-Mart is looking for a Reporting Analyst to help turn data into clear, actionable insights for our business teams. In this role, you’ll build and support Power BI dashboards and reports, partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, and ensure data accuracy and usability across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Data acquisition & transformation:
  Connect to multiple data sources, extract data, cleanse/transform using Power Query, and prepare datasets for analysis in Power BI
• Data modeling:
  Build Power BI data models, create table relationships, and develop measures using DAX
• Dashboard development:
  Design and build interactive dashboards (charts, graphs, maps) that communicate key metrics and trends
• Report creation:
  Develop customized reports with filtering, drill-down, and business-specific requirements
• Stakeholder collaboration:
  Partner with teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting that supports their objectives
• Data validation & quality assurance:
  Monitor data quality, identify issues, and implement steps to protect data integrity
• User training & support:
  Train and support end users on navigating and using dashboards/reports
• On-call support:
  Provide after-hours reporting support as needed
• Additional duties:
  Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; complete other tasks as assigned

• Excellent research skills and attention to detail
• Reliable daily attendance to support timely reporting deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university OR at least 4 years of related experience/training (or an equivalent combination)

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualizations, report design)
• Strong skills in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
• Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to write queries for data extraction
• Experience with common data tools/software such as SQL, Oracle, and Excel

• Microsoft / Big Data tools certifications
• Power BI Data Analyst certification
• Snowflake certification or experience
