As a Senior Manager, you will manage teams and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects. Your responsibilities include continuous process improvement, innovation, leveraging leading practices, overseeing professional employees, maintaining billable utilization, managing projects, leading pursuits, and engaging with external clients daily. Travel may be required.

• Lead systems implementation as a project manager
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment across business and technical teams
• Align with clients on scope and deliverables
• Work with pursuit teams to develop client proposals
• Assist project teams with developing solution architecture to meet complex client requirements
• Mentor and coach manager, senior, and staff level consultants

Strong foundation in managing projects and understanding complex solution architecture with emphasis on Quote-to-Revenue processes. Ability to engage in research and apply best practices.

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years relevant experience
• At least 3 years project management experience in system implementation role
• At least 3 years solution architecture experience with SaaS solutions in Quote-to-Revenue process area
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and work streams
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS, Oracle People Soft, Net Suite, Zuora Billing and Revenue (any two or more)
• 5 or more full life cycle implementations involving Quote-to-Revenue processes
• 2+ full life cycle ERP package implementations (order‑to‑cash, record‑to‑report, procure‑to‑pay)
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
• Experience with full lifecycle sales processes, creating sales pursuit strategies and responding to client RFPs
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Willingness to travel based on client need
• Prior consulting experience

• MBA, MS in Information Systems, MS in Computer Science, or related master’s degree
• Vendor certifications in Oracle Cloud Applications, Net Suite, or Zuora
• Experience working in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors
• Exposure to CRM and CPQ systems and integrating with downstream Billing and Revenue Accounting processes
• Experience supporting systems work to support mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
• Experience working with clients to create Statements of Work (SOW)
