About the Role

As a Service Now Consulting Senior Manager you will lead Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. You will do so from a client‑facing perspective, managing both technical and non‑technical project teams while ensuring that EY’s strategic roadmaps drive measurable business outcomes for our financial‑services clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.
  • Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Lead end‑to‑end Service Now implementations for financial‑services clients across Service Now applications and product suites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Drive and support sales activities side‑by‑side with EY pursuit teams, including proposal development, engagement estimates and participation in sales presentations.
  • Develop strategies for Service Now‑enabled transformations, working with senior client executives to craft business cases, transformation roadmaps, detailed plans and solution architectures.
  • Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a Service Now ITOM/CMDB project – design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
  • Manage 2‑3 engagements and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.
  • Build and foster client relationships, demonstrating the value of EY services.
  • Exhibit excellent business acumen, making fact‑based decisions and resolving conflicts.
  • Provide guidance and industry-leading practice expertise for Service Now service‑management implementations across business functions (non‑IT).
  • Analyze a company’s service‑management functional capabilities and provide leading‑practice recommendations.
  • Lead client process‑design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process subject‑matter experts.
  • Support delivery models in waterfall and agile, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
  • Drive the creation of sector‑focused offerings aligned with Service Now industry workflows.
  • Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree);
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5‑7 years of relevant experience in Service Now implementation.
  • Proven architectural leadership in Service Now with deep sector experience in financial services (banking & capital markets, insurance and/or wealth & asset management).
  • Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Minimum of 3 of the following Service Now certifications:
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
  • 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Excellent soft skills – executive communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% to meet client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM, HAM, or SAM.
  • Experience with Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
  • Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
