Summary

Provides support to all end users on a variety of technical issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves end‑user technical problems while upholding corporate policies, ethical standards, and the company’s values of integrity and service.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, or email.
  • Assist with computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, operating systems, and cloud services.
  • Use available information resources to research questions and advise users on appropriate action.
  • Follow standard help desk procedures, document resolutions, and track and route problems and requests.
  • Escalate urgent situations and redirect problems to the correct resource.
  • Ensure complete resolution of issues and follow up with customers and users.
  • Complete additional safety‑sensitive tasks related to medical marijuana and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT field.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS, and related platforms.
  • Basic understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, wireless, and security technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, verbal/written communication, presentation, negotiation, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and provide consistent, high‑quality support to all customers.
Physical Demands

Continuous sitting, standing, or walking; occasional bending, squatting, climbing stairs or ladders; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
