Opportunity

We're looking for an Account Specialist to join our team as part of our Content Studio function. The Account Specialist will support Senior Account Managers or Directors while also independently serving as a primary point of contact for their assigned clients and maintaining or even expanding relationships by ensuring eRetail content is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.

What you’ll do
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to shepherd clients and team members through the content process, from brief to creative reviews to final execution by preparing and leading client status updates with accurate timelines, prioritizations, and proactive planning for incoming projects.
  • Manage client interactions in a manner that establishes credibility and trust as a business advisor, becoming a subject‑matter expert by understanding content marketing best practices and staying abreast of digital trends to help clients meet their marketing and content strategy goals.
  • Understand content studio offerings to ensure we deliver to meet client requests while also looking at content needs holistically, identifying opportunities to steward Flywheel content offerings and finding the right solutions to meet client needs.
  • In collaboration with the assigned Account Lead, support the development of content business reviews, competitive analysis, financial trackers, and content or category‑specific trends.
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
Who you are
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • 1‑3 years doing client service or project management/internship.
  • Relentless attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong relationship and client management skills.

The Interview Process

Every role starts with an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will look for company and values fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role‑specific questions during this call. After the initial call, you can expect to meet several people from the team 1‑1 and there may be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role.
