SAP - FSCM - Senior - Consulting

EY is seeking a Senior in Technology Business Analysis to connect business needs with SAP FSCM solutions and to contribute to EY’s SAP service line capabilities including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and Success Factors.

As a Senior, you will evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configuring and implementing SAP FSCM solutions in alignment with business needs.
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses.
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while engaging with clients.

• Action-oriented, able to deliver processes, solutions and projects, and influence beyond delivery.
• Analytical thinking and decision-making grounded in policy understanding.
• Ability to guide and develop junior team members.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage relationships.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP systems, including at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP FSCM modules.
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO in addition to FSCM; prior FSCM configuration and organizational hierarchy definition.
• Experience defining customer Business Partner master data for FSCM views; strong knowledge of customer master management.
• Setting up credit control parameters and checks; experience with blocked sales order monitoring and processing.
• Definition of collection groups and strategies; experience with collection processes.
• Dispute creation and management processes, dispute attributes, and automatic write-off configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and related processes.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships; strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience.
• SAP Certification(s) such as C_TS4FI_2023 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud Public Edition, Financial Accounting or other SAP Finance certifications.

• Prior industry experience in accounting departments.
