IFS Developer

A growing, multi-site manufacturing and technology organization is seeking an experienced IFS Developer to support and enhance its enterprise systems. This role is highly collaborative and hands-on, working across IT, operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance to design solutions that improve performance, streamline processes, and enable continued growth.

The IFS Developer will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining functionality within the IFS Applications ecosystem. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders to analyze requirements, create technical solutions, support day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement across the ERP platform.

This position plays a key role in system upgrades, module implementations, integrations, and long-term digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop customizations, integrations, reports, and extensions within IFS Applications
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions
• Support users by troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and optimizing system performance
• Lead or support system upgrades, enhancements, module rollouts, and data migration activities
• Build custom pages, fields, menus, lobbies, events, and configurations
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools
• Create and maintain technical documentation, logs, and solution designs
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and operational leaders
• Ensure security, compliance, and quality standards are met across all ERP development work
• Provide training or guidance to internal teams as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar
• Hands-on experience developing within IFS Applications and IFS Developer Studio
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills and experience with Oracle database objects (procedures, packages, triggers, views, complex queries)
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, XML)
• Understanding of business processes related to finance, supply chain, manufacturing, CRM, or part management
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively

• 5+ years of development experience in IFS ERP
• IFS certification or module-specific training
• Experience in full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations
• Integration experience with other enterprise systems or cloud platforms
• Report development (IFS Business Analytics, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint Online
• Familiarity with complete SDLC processes

• On-site role based in Rogers, Arkansas

Compensation: $100,000 per year.
