Join EY as a Managed Services - Integrated Risk Management (Archer) Senior Analyst. We are looking for a specialist to support the delivery of risk and technology solutions on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms such as Archer Technologies and Service Now.

Clients retain the IRM Managed Services team to streamline risk functions and deliver operational support for technology solutions that give executive leadership actionable insight for decision making.

• Manage IRM service center delivery around GRC offerings.
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement requirements for our clients.
• Supervise daily activities of 8‑12 Tier 1 or 2 service‑center analysts.
• Manage project/engagement budgets for IRM service‑center capabilities.
• Support the development of policies and procedures guiding IRM service‑center activities.
• Assist the IRM service‑center manager with project planning and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Communicate issues and seek support in a timely manner to eliminate roadblocks and drive collaboration, speed, innovation, and excellence.
• Maintain a professional communications relationship with IRM engagement teams utilizing service‑center support.
• Provide timely, comprehensive, and accurate information in both written and verbal communications.

• 2+ years of relative development experience as a System Administrator.
• Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist or Archer Certified Administrator – Expert.
• Experience with data feeds, APIs, and other integrations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of and prior experience applying risk‑management fundamentals.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Past experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects or work streams.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Team‑focused mentality and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, seeking improvement opportunities that impact business positively.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach.
• Decision‑making capabilities with the ability to weigh alternatives and identify the best course of action.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Prior military experience (preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret‑level clearance or higher.
• Past experience mentoring and developing personnel.

  Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Proficiency with scripting and data integration within the Service Now platform.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
