You will help our clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support.

Our Advisory Seniors specialize in guiding clients through complex systems of forecasting, planning, budgeting and the integration with analytical and reporting solutions.

• Spend most of your time managing client engagement teams, delivering professional services to a wide variety of clients and managing business development activities for strategic and global priority accounts.
• Ensure effective management and delivery of technology solutions, maintain quality and risk management, engage in continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
• Establish procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

• Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels; consistently deliver quality client services; drive high‑quality work products within expected time frames and on budget.
• Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Manage expectations of client service delivery.
• Stay up to date on current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business.
• Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Provide constructive job‑feedback and coaching to team members.

• A Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning/PBCS/ePBCS), One Stream, Tagetik).
• A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for EPM.
• Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value‑add solutions – strong analytical and problem‑solving skills – actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis.
• Our candidates have a variety of backgrounds including:

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred.
