This role is part of EY’s Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering system architecture solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions within the DMC framework.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
- Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
- Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
- Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, complemented by robust business acumen.
- Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or work streams.
- Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
- A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
- Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience within the SAP manufacturing business area.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) space specializing in Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
- A proven track record of leading teams to deliver project outcomes within critical deadlines.
- Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
- Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning.
- Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively.
- Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.
- Consulting experience with a focus on leading project teams.
- SAP Certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related production execution modules.
- Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), Quality Management (QM), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Intercompany, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) Live.
- Experience with the Production Operator Dashboard (POD), Labor Board, and new analytics within DMC.
- Leading full-cycle implementations for at least 3 years in the Digital Manufacturing Cloud Space alongside S/4 HANA capabilities.
- Experience with new manufacturing offerings in SAP S/4 HANA, such as DMC and Product Engineering and Operations (PEO).
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.

What We Offer You- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges: US-wide $142,600 to $261,500; NYC Metro, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento) $171,200 to $297,200. Salaries determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Total Rewards includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options.
