Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Change Management

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale tax modernization initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This individual will lead cross-functional projects focused on modernizing tax processes, technology, and supporting systems while coordinating across business and technical teams. The Project Manager will own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items while maintaining detailed RAID logs throughout the project lifecycle.

They will use Wrike or similar project management tools to track deliverables, provide status reporting, and ensure teams remain aligned against key milestones. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise project management experience and is comfortable driving multiple work streams within a highly integrated organization.

5+ years of Project Management experience

Experience supporting tax, finance, accounting, or tax modernization initiatives

Strong experience creating and maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

Experience with Wrike or similar enterprise project management tools

Experience managing cross-functional business and technology teams, including timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
