Position: Office Manager / Associate Agent

The Office Manager / Associate Agent plays a key role in daily agency operations while actively supporting sales and client retention. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, organization, and growth opportunities within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Operations

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain client files, policy documentation, and compliance records
  • Coordinate & Execute follow‑ups and internal workflows
  • Support agency processes to ensure efficiency and professionalism
  • Assistin Carrier and Agent Onboarding
  • Maintain Internal Agency systems servicing
  • Assist with marketing support, referrals, and retention efforts
  • Payroll and Commission processing.

Client Service & Sales Support

  • Assist clients with policy questions, endorsements, billing, and claims guidance
  • Quote, bind, and service policies
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
  • Follow up on leads, renewals, and referrals
  • Provide a high level of customer service via phone, email, and in person
Qualifications
  • Insurance license required or willingness to obtain within 30days of Employment (Property & Casualty)
  • Previous insurance, office management, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Sales‑minded with a customer‑first approach
  • Ability to manage multiple carriers, systems, and priorities
  • Proficient with computers, agency management systems, and basic office software (particularly

    Google Business Systems)
